Where the beer flows

Which country makes the best beer in the world?

The answer is Czech Republic. This time my nosiness took me to the capital, Prague, the city of stunning architecture, endless cobbled lanes and hidden courtyards.

Before my trip I was told that Prague is stunning, but honestly – this city exceeded all my expectations. In my opinion it is possibly one of the most beautiful and romantic city in Europe. It’s a perfect place to just wander around, see some good art exhibits, drink plenty of good beer and why not even swim in it! In Czech Republic one can find many beer SPAs, where treatment lists include therapies based on natural ingredients. One can sip unlimited amounts of cold beer, while soaking in a warm beer bath, a natural handmade oak tub. And make sure to get a few trdelníks to reward oneself after long day in a spa 🙂

The ‘must see’ in Prague is definitely the Charles Bridge. Whereas during a day time it may seem that the whole mankind has gathered on the bridge, then why not admire the sunset, or even the sunrise instead? Little hint – there’re plenty of lovely bakeries at the end of the bridge.

The best way to discover this city is on foot. After a long stroll in the Old town have a quick pit stop in a pub, cross the stunning Charles Bridge and then head towards Petrin Tower to admire some evening lights of Prague. That’s one sight to remember!
